Level 1: Fourteen Days of Free Demand Time. Sometimes only a letter or two are required to gently nudge a slow-pay. You don't have to pay for these; there is no charge for payments received during the Fourteen Days of Free Demand Time during which, over time, we've helped recover thousands of dollars at no cost. Unsuccessful collections are immediately redirected to our personal collection service at the end of the period. No accounts are accepted specifically for Fourteen Days of Free Demand Time only.

Level 2: Personal Presentation by Staff. With 10-25 years of experience, our collection professionals know how to get your money. A senior CCI collector is your team leader, working closely with you as an extension of your staff. This individual is responsible for and can always be relied on for answers to important questions, status updates and ideas for improving recovery.

Level 3: Attorney Network. Our national and international network of bonded attorneys specializing in collections and collection litigation is ready to step in when letters and phone calls aren't successful. We can provide representation wherever you require it. And while most agencies charge an administrative fee for this kind of service or won't facilitate accounts under $5,000, CCI forwards all accounts over $300 to the attorney network, and there is no charge to you until a recovery is made.

Level 4: Collection Bureau Network. We go the distance to help you recover your claims. (Even the smallest amounts.) Rather than giving up on claims, we enlist the help of the many bonded collection bureaus across the country belonging to the American Collectors Association. CCI is thus able to recover thousands of dollars on claims that most firms would simply return to you as too difficult to collect or costly to handle.
